On December 7, 1941 Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was attacked during World War II. In remembrance of the many American Military men and women who lost their lives, flags have been lowered to half staff in Colorado today. Governor Bill Ritter said. “I hope that all Coloradans will join me in honoring Pearl Harbor Day and pausing to remember the courageous individuals who deafened us on that day.”
